Ruby Ribbon seems to love Flash Sales, and I think that’s fine with most of us. Another sale is planned, starting tomorrow (9/11/15) and going through Monday.
It’s called the “Not So Basic Basics” sale, and most of the items are pretty easily incorporated into your wardrobe, possibly refreshing some items from last year that may not look as good as you would like.
I’ve broken the sale items down into three categories. Let’s start with some pieces that are very basic — as in the first layer of what you put on. There are three camis and a shaping brief on sale. I’m not sure how they selected but the Classic Cami and Full Support are on sale in white — these are the hallmark of the Ruby Ribbon line and something many will want to pick up at 30% off. The V-neck cami is designed mainly for women with smaller cups, but works great to give you a little tummy tuck. And, the briefs help in both the tummy and the backside. (Only black are on sale.)
Next, we have the leggings — if you wear leggings, you’ll want to pick up at least one pair. The Ruby Ribbon leggings are a high quality thicker fabric and they have the advantage of the “skinny band” that helps you out a little where some of us need it. The Boot Cut Leggings are by far my favorite pair of Ruby Ribbon pants.
And, to round out your Fall wardrobe, take a look at the top and sweater that are also on sale. Either of these will be great as layering pieces for Fall. You’ll wear the Hepburn cardigan into the winter. And, I can see that mock tank being useful now while it’s still warmer and great under a sweater later on.
